“Enough space to develop mentally and physically.”

A parent interview.
Our educational and childcare concepts are designed to meet the needs of children and parents seamlessly. We regularly check whether we are succeeding in this by obtaining honest feedback from parents. We would like to thank the Schröder family for agreeing to a short interview and providing an insight into their son’s everyday life at ISSH. How did you become aware of the childcare services offered at ISSH?

When we were looking for a suitable daycare center for our son, early education was very important to us, in addition to a good portion of fun and games. We were particularly enthusiastic about the bilingualism offered by ISSH. We are convinced that our child will never again learn a foreign language as easily and naturally as he does now – that is why this was one of the decisive arguments in favor of ISSH.

In addition, the location of the school played a decisive role for us. ISSH is located only a few minutes’ drive from our home. In contrast to schools closer to the city, the traffic situation at ISSH is much more relaxed. We are able to drop our son off and pick him up at the care center completely at our leisure and without the stress of searching for a parking space. This has definitely made our everyday life much easier.

What do you particularly appreciate about ISSH?

What’s the saying? First impressions count. In our case, it was that the building and the surroundings convinced us right away. Both inside and outside, the ISSH offers a huge amount of space for the children. In our opinion, there is enough room for them to develop physically and mentally.

We would also like to positively emphasize the very high supervision ratio. The children and caregivers have a great relationship with each other and we notice that the caregivers are very concerned about the development and well-being of the children. If our son cannot go to daycare due to an illness, the people in charge always inquire about his health. This makes us feel that he counts as a person and is not considered a customer. Last but not least, it should be mentioned that ISSH is not priced higher than comparable offers.

What does your son think about ISSH?

Our son loves the daycare center. He talks all the time about what he is experiencing, what he has learned and what he is going to do next. He has a great relationship with all the kids and caregivers. We can observe from day to day how he develops through the individual support and how he benefits not only from ISSH but also from his classmates.

For us, one thing is clear: ISSH was the right decision – for us and for our son.
