The Foundation Board is responsible for the strategic development and overall direction of the school, ensuring that ISSH continues to grow sustainably and in line with its mission and values. Its members come from diverse fields, including business, education, and politics, and serve on an honorary basis, contributing their expertise and insight to the school’s continued success.

The Board of Directors works closely with the school’s leadership team to guide long-term planning and oversee the implementation of strategic goals. Like the Foundation Board, it is composed of dedicated professionals from various sectors who volunteer their time and experience to support the ongoing development of ISSH.

The School Leadership team brings together the Head of School, the Heads of Primary and Secondary, and the Business Operations Director. Working closely together, they meet regularly to guide the school’s strategic direction, focusing on areas such as financial planning, infrastructure, staffing, and sustainable growth. Their shared goal is to ensure that ISSH continues to evolve in a stable, innovative, and future-oriented way.

The Educational Leadership Team includes the Head of School, Principals, Head of Boarding, Head of the Early Childcare Centre, Curriculum Coordinators, and the School Counsellor. Together, they ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning across all divisions. This team plays a key role in mentoring staff, guiding educational practices, and upholding ISSH’s vision of a balanced, inclusive, and academically challenging learning environment.
