The Group 4 Project is a cornerstone of the IB Science curriculum. It is a collaborative activity where students from different disciplines, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, work together on a scientific or technological topic.Rather than focusing solely on lab results, the project emphasises the process of inquiry and the international mindedness required to solve global challenges.
Interdisciplinary Activities are designed to bridge the gap between individual subjects, encouraging students to move beyond the boundaries of a single classroom. Instead of viewing subjects in isolation, students explore how knowledge connects in the real world. By combining perspectives from two or more disciplines, students develop a more holistic understanding of complex global issues.
